Every plan includes all of Loom. Plans differ in how much you can use each week. Every account starts on Free, and you can upgrade any time from Settings → Plan.
How the weekly allowance works
- Your week starts the first time you use Loom and resets 7 days later. The next week starts with your next use after that, so it doesn't reset on a fixed day.
- Loom shows how much you've used in Settings and near the message box, and lets you know when you're close to the limit.
- When the allowance is used up, new messages wait until it resets, or you can upgrade for more straight away. A reply that's already being written always finishes.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
What counts against usage
- Each reply, by how much the model reads and writes: your message, the conversation so far, attachments, and anything it looks up from memory, the web or your calendar.
- The model you choose. Larger models use the allowance faster: Claude Opus uses it fastest, Haiku slowest, and Sonnet sits in between.
- Each image Loom generates.
- Reading past conversations, managing memory and changing settings don't count.
